A Recipe For Almond Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and sliced almonds.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and almonds, and stir until everything is well coated.

  5. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally to ensure it browns evenly.

  7. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.

  8. Once cool, break the granola into small pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Serve the almond granola with yogurt, milk, or as a crunchy topping for your favorite desserts. Enjoy the nutty goodness!
